Chocolate cake infused with stout beer, topped with stout beer infused buttercream and pretzels


Chocolate Limoncello

Chocolate cake with a hint of lemon frosted with a Limoncello infused buttercream and garnished with edible pearls.  Lovely!

Chocolate cake filled with Andes mint fudge, frosted with a Crème de Menthe frosting and Andes candy garnish

 

 


Rum and Coke

Chocolate cola cake frosted with a rum and cola infused frosting and garnished with a cherry


Tall Black Russian

Chocolate cola cake frosted with a vodka, cola and Kahlua infused buttercream frosting and garnished with a dusting of chocolate vermicelli


 

White Russian

White vodka cake frosted with a vodka and Kahlua infused buttercream frosting and garnished with a sprinkling of edible sparkles


  

Champagne

Sparkling champagne infused white cake frosted with a sparkling champagne infused buttercream frosting piped on in a rose design

Sparkling pink champagne cupcake topped with champagne frosting and studded with strawberries

We use stout beer to infuse our cake and fill it with whiskey ganache, frosted with Bailey’s Irish Cream frosting


 

South of the Border

A unique Mexican chocolate cake with stout beer, black beans and a hint of cayenne, frosted with a coconut lime buttercream


Amaretto

Golden butter cake infused with amaretto liqueur topped with almond and amaretto infused buttercream and a maraschino cherry


C.W.B.

Chocolate cake topped with a whiskey infused buttercream frosting and finished off with a piece of candied bacon


 

Pear Chardonnay

Chardonnay cake frosted with pear chardonnay buttercream and adorned with toasted almond slices


Banana Rum Shot

Moist banana cake topped with rum infused buttercream and drizzled with housemade caramel sauce
