Michelle and Nina are the founders and owners of The Sugar Path.  With diverse career backgrounds, they decided to start a small dessert business and have made it a nationally recognized brand.  The Sugar Path is highly regarded as the premiere cake and dessert catering business in Northwestern Illinois and their new online bakeshop is achieving the same success.  After consulting with highly regarded entrepreneur Barbara Corcoran, they launched their online bakery and gifting site---www.sugarpathshop.com.

Michelle and Nina each come from professional careers of long duration and reinvented themselves in the sweet world of desserts. They created all of the famous Sugar Path recipes---from the spectacular and sought after unique Churro and Coconut cakes to the even more famous Sugar Path pie crust.  Their innovation led them to being singled out by Barbara Corcoran when they became known for their savvy social media and their new cake jar product launch.

Michelle and Nina know a thing or two about being entrepreneurs and building something from the ground up.  Despite many offers over the years they have continued to manage all of their own marketing and social media.  They built their farmer's market stand into a brick and mortar establishment (literally built by them from the design concept to putting up the walls and then painting them!)  They taught themselves all about website design to build this website and others.  Then they ventured into the world of ecommerce to with online shipping and recently launched a dessert subscription box.  They also launched catering and wholesale divisions.
