Taking a break from our regularly scheduled programming to bring you a story of inspiration. Rissa, Our Assistant Baker and sister of our co-owners, started Weight Watchers last year after many years of struggling with her weight. Despite working in a bakery and subject to our delicious temptations, Rissa pulled off losing 75 pounds (actually 74.4) in one year. Yes. . .75 pounds in a year!!!💪😍🎉 She did treat herself----Peanut Butter Cake Jars and Cracked sugar cookies topped with buttercream are her favorite rewards. She also got a lot healthier---learning to cook different meals and exercising , doing 5k's and lots of stairs. We are so proud of you Rissa!!!
