Who we are as teachers:
We are sisters raised in a small town with a large, tight-knit family that lived the meaning of "food is love";
We learned to roll pie dough and bake cakes when we were old enough to sit on our Grandma's counter;
Pie Mistress Nina rolled dough professionally for ten years before her talent created our trademark crust;
We have studied the science of pastry for years and have created all of our own recipes;
Our Rock Star Pastry Chef has an unbelievable skill and passion to decorate;
We are mothers, friends and co-workers;
We love to eat, laugh and teach others.
Available Classes
Scheduled classes will be posted here and available for purchase in the online shop. We anticipate classes monthly in fall and winter.

The Sugar Path Party Packages
Have a Decorating Party for a fun way to celebrate! We have several party packages available and are always willing to create something unique just for you!
Party times:
Tuesdays thru Fridays: 3 – 6
Sun: Only with Bakeshop Space Rental.
***We cannot accomodate Parties on Saturdays
***Please note that our shop will remain open during parties unless you have arranged a private bakeshop rental. We will reserve enough tables for the decorators and ask that you keep walkways clear for our other customers. Information on Private Bakeshop rental follows below.
Children’s Cupcake DecoratingParty:
(Price is per decorator)
$20 (Box of 4 cupcakes to decorate, one Sugar Path cupcake to eat during party, one beverage---milk, juice or water ***soda extra
• Two hour maximum (each extra half hour please add $50)
• Children will be allowed to pick a cupcake from our case to eat at the party or take home, along with a beverage of choice.
• Children provided with a box of cupcakes to decorate while at the party. Party members will be provided with frosting, frosting bags and decorative toppings to frost their box of cupcakes.
• $25 deposit upon booking to secure your date, applies to your package total.
• Please choose your preference of chocolate cake, vanilla cake or combination. Your choice must be provided to us 48 hours in advance of your party.
• You may add a 6 or 8 inch Birthday cake to your package. Can be consumed at the party or taken home. (6 inch Chocolate or Vanilla cake, personalized $20.00); (8 inch Chocolate or Vanilla cake, personalized $34.00)

Children's Cake Decorating Party:

$40 (6 inch, 2 layer cake)
• Two hour maximum (each extra half hour please add $50)
• Children will be allowed to pick a cupcake from our case to either eat at the party or take home, along with a beverage of choice. ***soda extra
• Children provided with a 6 inch, 2 layer cake which is frosted but not decorated. Our pastry chef will demonstrate techniques on decorating and be available the entire party to assist the children in decorating their cake. Children will be provided with frosting, frosting bags, decorative toppings and everything needed to frost and decorate their cakes.
• $25 deposit upon booking to secure your date, applies to your package total.
• Please choose your preference of chocolate, vanilla or combination. We need 48 hours notice on flavor selection.
****Experienced bakers wanting more challenge will be provided with unfrosted cake for them to crumb coat and frost. Add $5 each decorator for this option.
Adult’s Cupcake DecoratingParty

• Party goers will be allowed to pick a cupcake from our case to either eat at the party or take home, along with a beverage of choice OR you can choose to forego this option and decorate all the cupcakes in your package.
• Party goers provided with a box of cupcakes (depending on package chosen) to decorate while at the party. Our pastry chef will demonstrate some popular decorating techniques. Party members then provided with frosting, frosting bags and decorative toppings to frost their box of cupcakes.
• $25 deposit
• Please choose Chocolate, vanilla or combination. (48 hours notice required for flavor selections)
Adult’s Sugar Tap Cupcake DecoratingParty

$30 (Box of 6 cupcakes)(one from the case to eat, five to decorate or 6 to decorate
• Two hour maximum (each extra half hour please add $50)
• Party goers will be allowed to pick a cupcake from our case to either eat at the party or take home, along with a beverage of choice OR can forego this option and decorate all the cupcakes in your package.
• Party goers provided with a box of cupcakes (depending on package chosen) to decorate while at the party. Our pastry chef will demonstrate some popular decorating techniques. Party members then provided with frosting, frosting bags and decorative toppings to frost their box of cupcakes.
• All cupcakes are Sugar Tap cupcakes (alcohol infused), 2 flavors provided.
• $25 deposit
For any party package you may bring in additional food (such as Pizzas) or drinks (i.e. juice boxes, soda, etc) for no additional cost. Please let us know in advance so we can reserve space for this. (We recommend Aurelio’s Pizza across the street from us as it is very convenient and they will deliver to our shop).
For an additional cost we will provide pitchers of drinks as follows:

We can run a tab for your other guests that are not participating in decorating.
TSP BAKESHOP RENTAL
***Sundays only
Our Bakeshop is closed on Sundays to allow us to host private parties, receptions, showers and classes. We have a spectacular location in historic downtown Geneva, IL. Our cute bakeshop makes an adorable space to hold your event. Below is our Space Rental information. Each event is priced per event but this is a general guideline:
1. Private room rental fee starts at $125.00 for up to 2 hours for your event. This does not include food, drinks or gratuity for your party helpers. This amount is for a private party space for your event.
2. We have enough space in our bakeshop for up to 30 people to sit comfortably, more for standing.
3. We have a large window seating area, perfect for mingling.
4. We provide 2 dedicated Party specialists and include all tableware, napkins, water, and garbage removal. You may bring in decorations if you like but please do not hang anything from walls or ceilings without permission.
5. You may bring in food but all desserts must be ordered though us.
6. Each additional half hour is $75. This includes the time that you have guests arrive and leave so please plan accordingly.
7. We require a refundable $125 security deposit. The amount will be collected when you book your party. If no damage is done during the party then the amount will be applied as your rental. If damage is done then the amount will be applied to the damage and not operate as your rental fee. The party must be paid in full prior to the conclusion of the party. We also require a credit card number on file with authorization to bill your party amount.
8. Our shop and the items in it must be left in the condition in which it existed prior to your party. While your party is assigned two party specialists, they are there only to assist you in providing drinks, plates, sweets and such. We have sinks, brooms and mops available for your use. If you would like cleaning services, there is an additional fee.
9. Please operate according to all applicable Federal and State laws and City of Geneva codes at all times.
10. We have a minimum $ amount for each party. For more information please email [email protected] with the details of your desired party.
11. The specifics of your proposal will depend on your party. Prices subject to change based on factors such as the season and availability, as well as your individual party needs.
12. Espresso catering with a dedicated barista starts at $350 for two hours. Priced per event.
***Rental does not include kitchen access during the party. It includes the rental of our main seating area with access to bathrooms.
